I moved to Rollingwood in 2003. There have been many changes since then; positive and negative.

Management has gotten better. They took care of the overall maintenance issues left by the old staff; like fixed the green pool. You do see maintenance walking around a lot during the week. I haven't had any maintenance issues lately so I'm not sure how quickly they respond.

I can't get anyone to exterminate!!! I have made several, at least 6, requests for "pest control" in 5 months and no one ever comes to my apartment. (No, I'm sorry...I happened to catch an exterminator one day, I WASN'T on the list, but the vacant apartment next to me was'''!!!, he came in and sprayed something that DID NOT WORK!!!) I have resulted in trying to take care of the problem myself. I hate those nasty, nasty roaches. You can make sure nothing is left in your kitchen and you are sure to see several roaches crawling about anyway.

There are ALWAYS NEW RULES to help everyone "live in harmony", but no one enforces the rules; i.e....cleaning up after pets (I hated punishing my child for tracking in dog feces), trash in the breezeways, and unruly children.

Don't ever invite someone to visit late Sat. or Sun or you will be embarrassed by the dumpster areas. Some residences are really nasty and don't care how that area looks.

Overall, my biggest complaints are the roaches, pet feces in the grass, and dumpster area.... spotless apt. still = roaches, big, beautiful lawn = you better watch your step, happy playing children = no one ever supervise or check on their kids outside...
