I HATE it here. I knew there was going to be a problem day one. Let's see, when I moved in, there was a DEAD roach in the refrigerator. Cheryl, the property manager did get me a new one the next day. But the roaches kept coming!! I did not have any A/C for a whole month. In the middle of June. I kept getting the run around with that. Once a week, I had to check on the ststus, kept getting the same answer, "It will be here soon" . TWICE I have had a drunk Hispanic male try to unlock my front door because he was at the wrong house, 3 AM!!! I am a single mother, so of course that freaked me out. I am over these apartments. I look forward to moving when my lease expires in May. I have already written my notice. If you like living with roaches who take over your apartment no matter how much you clean, this is the place for you. Never mind the fact that people blast their music in front of your window when ever they fill like it!

I don't live there, but I wanted to let you know what has worked for me in the past in regards to pest management. ( I kinda feel sorry for yall after reading the reviews). At Family Dollar there is a bottle of Boric Acid you can buy for $2.50. It handles ants and Roaches. I spread the powder around the OUTSIDE of my apartment, seriously, outside the doors aroung the ground to form a barrier at the groung level everytime someone moves in or out of my building. Also, RAID has bait traps that work REAL well. I have has situations where I had to move due to circumstances and these traps are sold at the supermarkets. They may cost $10.00 for four but the pests take them back to the "nest" and feed off of the poison, also roaches will eat dead roaches and be poisoned as well, (That's how gross they are). It is a fast and economical way of dealing with pests in your building, as well as your neighbors. I do not let pest management in unless they are baiting. There is no residue and/or harm to my children if the contaminate is not placed in the cupboards, or shelves. Bathrooms medicine cabinets are good places and also near the immediate area of the trash cans in your home. I also throw them (the traps I purchase) above my cabinets, so that they are inticed as they come or go from the vents from one apt, to the next. I have lived in some uncontrollable places, but when I HAD to go from BAD TO WORSE, as they will travel with you, I haven't had an infestation regardless where I lived in over 10 years. From pestered to pest free with two steps.
