Okay, now I had heard before we moved in from reviews that they had a roach problem, I asked the previous management if that was true, she said no that that was fixed and she had been living there for 2 years with no problem. Ok, for the space it wasn t bad because the apartment we had previously was much smaller. We weren t able to see what we were moving into till the day we moved in because the apartment was not available till then. The first thing I noticed was dead roaches all over the counter tops in the kitchen, and when I pulled back the blinds in the living room a live one fell on my head. They are everywhere no matter what u do u can t get rid of them. Trying to find parking during certain parts of the day is horrible, u can have extremely rude neighbors, but that s anywhere you go. Because they have 2 dumpsters per 3 or 4 buildings (there are 8-12 apartments to each building) so the dumpsters over fill very quickly, so that can be very nasty to look at and the garbage truck doesn t come around enough to dump it. They had two playgrounds both were old but they tore one down and the other one all they did was replace the swing, needless to say some of the neighborhoods kids are working on destroying that just like they have destroyed the little picnic areas that management tried to put up. There are alot of stray cats around the neighborhood. They keep the grounds up as much as possible I ll give them that and maintenance has improved since I have been here. I have not had any problem with management being impolite. I don t know why I stayed here for two years but I m glad I m moving in a few weeks to something better. I m not telling anyone what to do but unless u really have no other choice try to look for something else.
