This was my first apartment out of college so I wanted very affordable rent. The rent was cheap but now I see why. This place is ghetto. Children run around free, no supervision, all times of the night in the summer, loud.
The floor and walls are very thin, so you hear everything, I can hear my neighbor snore down stairs. Maintainance sucks, they never fix anything. My car was broken into, I had to call the police TWICE on my neighbor for domestic violence issues, and then they are the ones they broke into my car!
Police are always cruising through, loud obnoxious bass in cars all times of night, and its just horrible. Cheap closet doors fall off. Ugly stove and oven, old fixtures.
