I have lived here just over one year. In that time we have had a refrigerator replaced 3 times, washer/dryer replaced twice...when we moved in could not even use washer/dryer because the washer was rusted, oven finally replaced with another older and used oven after atleast 4 times maintance came to fix the oven. The windows let cold air in and warm air out...the doors for the outside are not sealed for the weather. I have mold growing on all of my windows and cannot get anyone to do anything about it. The paint is peeling off of the walls and ceiling in my bedrooms and bathroom, and the previous tenant in this apartment was a heavy smoker, so now when you take a shower the nicotine runs out through the paint and drips down the walls. There have been repeated calls to the police for noise violations after 10 pm, and the fact that a cop who lives here told me not to let my child outside anymore because it was not safe for her. I have rude neighbors, and people are just outright ghetto. No one cares about the other people here and everyone seems to look the other way when ever someone does something wrong. No one stands up for each other here, so if you are considering this place as your home, please reconsider, this was the BIGGEST MISTAKE I HAVE MADE SO FAR IN MY LIFE MOVING HERE!!!! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
