I lived at seven Gables for over a year and I must say for the amount of money you pay it is not that bad! The Apts are nice inside, kind of small, but there are no raoches and the staff is very kind. I only had one major problem and that was my A/C. But they came out and replaced it with a whole new unit. The neighbors were kinda loud and some even nosey but thats any and everywhere you go. My kids were safe and we all took care of each other. Its like living in a little upscale ghetto, but its a great community, as a single mother if I hadnt added 2 more I would still be there. I recomend anyone on a budget or single, try them out!
