Seven Gables is a very affordable apartment complex the staff is nice. However it leave much to be desired in decore. The staff is really nice. However there is a lot of gun fire and the walls are paper thin. The office needs to brush up on the legal aspects of tenant land lord law. The rental office has an habit of evicting people on hearsay. I know a couple of people that were evicted for now REAL LEGAL REASON or REAL VIOLATION OF LEASE.

It is an affordable "hood" but not a neighbor hood. But there is a small sense of community >that i like.

I would reccomend seven gables to people with lower paying wages.

I have lived in Seven Gables for a few years now, and I do have to agree that the decor is something to be desired. The staff is nice but that's about it. One thing I will say is the section I lived in was quiet. The only noise I really heard was my neighbors going up and down the steps.

Yes, the decor does need to improve especially as the rent goes up. The staff is very nice. And where else are you going to get two bed rooms and a washer and dryer for under 600? With the right amount of income,the potential for savings while residing here is good. And in these economic hard times rent under six hundred is easier to "hustle" up. As of last night there is still a "friendly neigborhood shooter" on the loose
