Wish I'd stayed in the Fan. It's that bad.

Staff takes forever to respond to problems (as in months), no parking anywhere, no recycling, drafty/leaky ancient windows, and the entire place smells like stale steak and cigarettes from Kobe downstairs (not to mention the obnoxious dance beats you have to deal with on the weekends when the restaurant turns into a club at night).
And on top of that, the satellite tv (which is included in the cost of rent) got turned off for the entire building for "non-payment." Building is managed by Fountainhead Services and they are completely incompetent.
Only good thing about the apartment is the huge bathroom, and even that is marred by suspicious stains on the ceiling and upper walls.
Tenants treat the place like a dorm and leave trash and half empty beer bottles in the lobby on the weekend. The keypad at the front door has a very simple code to get in and the doors do not have deadbolts, so do not move in here if you care at all about security.
All in all, the place looked great when I moved in, and it has gone steadily downhill from there. I will be overjoyed when my lease is up.
