Im a student at vcu and thought this place might be nice, oh was i wrong. At 7a.m. you have a bunch of loud ass men and women primarily black yelling and being loud and honking their horns waking everyone up. At 2a.m. there is a train that comes by and makes you think the horn is stuck. Ghetto ass people running the office, they are inconsiderate rude and stupid as ----. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE LIVE HERE.
