Horrible apartments and even worse staff. They are slow to respond to any service issue. I lived there for 10 months and I would NOT recommend anyone choose this place to live, not even as a last resort. During the 10 months I lived there, there were horrible cockroach and other insect problems. During the winter, my heat went out and the temperature outside was well below the temperatures they set forth in their "Emergency Maintenance" guidelines and I left a message with emergency number, it took them a day to return my call and came 2 hours after they said they'd be at my apartment. But the most major issue was caused due to mold. I came home one day and noticed a bad odor in my apartment, I open one of the closet doors and found the ceiling in the floor, a leaking pipe and mold EVERYWHERE. I was livid. Long story short, the rental office gave me the run around, wouldn't even come to see the damage, told me to leave an message with the Emergency Maintenance number. The guy called me back an hour later and told me he'd be at my apartment at 4 pm, he didn't show until 10 minutes to 5. Once he saw the issue, he said there wasn't nothing he could do. The rental office said the same thing. Mind you, this was a Saturday and I could not stay in the apartment with a leak on electrical wires. They did not want to accommodate me for the weekend. After the weekend was over, I talked with the management office and they acted as if they'd handle it. The manager told me that the apartment would have to be repaired and that I would not be able to stay in the unit while repairs were being done. A week later when I asked what would be done about the days I wasn't in the unit, she told me there was no way she could tell if I was staying in the unit or not. All the while, a maintenance person was in the unit working on it 10 days after the unit (while I was moving out). I asked for her boss' number. Her boss then gave me the run around for over 2 weeks. Every time I'd call, they'd claim she wasn't in the office. I left messages, none of which were returned. If you have a choice between living here and hell, choose hell. Sure the prices are reasonable but it's only because the place is a dump and parking is another issue. No parking anywhere. They take care of the outside of the apartment complex more than inside the units.
