The rent is reasonable, and I am sure that there are worse places to live but beware--
You too can experience some or all of this if you move into Somerset Glen:
(1) lots of thugs
(2) scary surroundings (especially after dark)
(3) loud music
(4) out-of-control children running and playing near your car
(5) heat & air condition problems
(6) s-l-o-w response to maintenance requests
(7) the soothing sounds of gunfire
(8) the soothing sounds of the train
(9) crime
If you move in and have a balcony, you can look forward to constantly removing pigeon poop. There were so many pigeons on my balcony (and droppings) when I moved in, it looked like the set of Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds".
