I moved in somerset in 12/2007 and I was there for 15 months. The apartments are old but very affordable and upon moving in my office manager made sure that my unit was nice and clean and since they had just went in and painted she let me have my keys early so I can air the apartment out b/c I have asthma and any problems that I had I was well taken care of. Again the apartments are older apartments but well worth the money and very spacious and when I finally was able to get on my feet and upgrade my situation my office manager was very understanding and let me move out and waived my transfer fee and honored my 30 dy request THANKS ALOT STAFF MEMBERS OF SOMERSET GLEN

Thats great for you!! I always paid my rent 2 mos in advance and gave them 45 days as opposed to 60 day notice due to personal reasons and they STILL charged me 1 mos rent because of me not telling them "15 days earlier". If I had known I would have had an emergency 15 days ago I wouldve told them! I had a good experience living there, but the don't take into consideration what a good tenant is!
