From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   The maintenence staff is incompetent, the safety and security of the grounds and people are of no concern to management, and the service/rental office all the way to the regional corporate office has NO CONCERN FOR THE RESIDENTS NEEDS OR CONCERNS WHATSOEVER! Shauna Ross, the rental office manager, is the worst of them all; she should be avoided at all costs. The regional property manager is only slightly better. Ask for Linda Morano.
