Not great, but not horrible. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Previos posters are blowing things rather out of proportion. I've been here 8 months now and have seen only two or three of the "weekly" crime notices. Still, that's one every two or three months. And the maintenance department really sucks. There is actually a hole in my wall that has been "fixed" with plywood and duct tape, and a leak under the sink that they "can't find", despite the water dripping from it. I wish I was kidding, but I'm not. It's a decent price for the size, but it's really not worth it.
