This place is terrible. The management is rude and discriminatory, and maintenance is pathetic and incompetent, at best. My wife and I had problems with our hot water heater not working for two weeks before it was fixed and their excuse was "We have more important things to worry about than your hot water." The A/C units are circa 1985 and to adequately cool the apartment they run 24 - 7 thus running your electric bill to $150 - $200 a month. There are constant robberies and break ins which management and police do nothing about other than hire 50 to 60 year olds as 'security'. Majority of tennants are rude and loud, and make you feel unsafe at all times, and don't even think about going to the pool. If the water is clean, there are so many unsupervised kids fighting that you are more likely to be drowned than have a good time. Take your money and go elsewhere, its worth the extra time looking. There are two other apartment complexes on the same road that are exponentially better choices.
