Finally leaving! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I lived here for one year and i can't wait to move out this weekend! THese are the reasons you should not live here. #1COunless robberies at gun point, car and house break-ins, and rapes that are listed on almost a bi-weekly notice. Nothing has been done, they just inform you of the incident. #2 Poor maintiance. God forbid your a/c unit that is most likey 20 yrs old breaks down ont eh hostest day of summer because it took them 2 weeks to come out, recharge the unit, and put tinfoil like ducktape on it which only held for two weeks and i had to call again. Everytime i call maintance i get this horrible woman who acts as if you are a nusaince to her to put in an order (hint: don't work for customer service if you don't like to help people!) #3 My girlfriend's car as well as my 2005 car have been hit/scratched/punched by neighbors who just don't give a ___ or they are just too messed up to notice. Most of the damage however was caused by thier customers. I really don't think i should have to be around that. #4 Pests/rodents = disgusting! My other neighbors have a rodent problem , and there is a huge hole under my sink. I have complained and nothing was ever done to cover up the hole or to talk to my neighbors. #5 If you like to just relax by the pool on your day off...don't bother. Everytime i went to the pool i was harrassed, my chair kicked by passing guests on purpose, and called cracker repeatedly (yes i am skinny white female but i was just trying to get a tan and mind my own business) Also, there are usually at least 10 children at the pool with no supervision. THe "grown ups" use excessive foul language, and so do the children. bottom line: unless you are in college and like to party, looking for drugs, and don't care about safety this is NOT the place for you!
