Ghetto thugs, criminals, and bad management

I moved in around September first of 06, and had little problems for the first 2 months other then your usual thug bass music at all hours of the day, then I got neighbors. The neighbors consisted of a black mother and her 3 children probably all by different fathers. This was no big deal, in fact she was very nice and her kids respectful. Thats when the men started showing up. The music felt like it was literally playing in my room, and every other room of the house. This would go on til 4 in the morning when they went to sleep. Obviously they didn't need to sleep, because waking up was not part of a welfare check. Eventually after SEVERAL complaints (about 20 to be a rough estimate) the music stopped at midnight as it should. Then came August of 07. I was robbed by some piece of trash who should be residing in the Richmond jail, but instead walks our streets filthying them up. They stole over 6000 dollars worth of stuff, and the police have thus far been unable to apprehend them. I understand when you lie down with dogs you wake up with flees, but the apartment complex should help you through this correct by lets say, um... replacing the door that was broken into, Nope! not ST John's wood! It has been almost two weeks and my back door is being supported by 4 screws a pad lock and a drier I have pushed in front of the door. There has been 5 calls to the complex and still no door fixed. If you consider living here you should have your head examined, as I plan to do this week. Please god let the city step in and shut this dung heap down.
