Like everyone has stated this neighborhood is full of crime. I have always wanted to live in these apartments as a child. Now that I have had the chance I wish I would have known otherwise. The floorplans are wonderful. However, the apartments need to be updated. And the tenants are making my stay horrible. Kids are very rude and disresepectful. But thats kids for you. Both neigbors are loud!! EXTREMELY loud with Music and Arguring and Fighting. but thats what living in a townhouse is all about. Not all tenants are rude, but I would say since I have stayed here over 8 people have moved out of my complex. Maitenanace will come but not fix the problem correctly. I hear the water heater too much at night when anyone cuts water on and off. I like it but the tenants and the upkeeping of the apartment makes me dislike St. Johns Woods!!!

I have quite a few homes ready for rent and if you are ready for homeownership, I have some great homes, townhouses, condominiums that are just right - none of these problems!!! Buy, Rent, or Sell - I do it all. You need a Realtor that works for you? Give me a call!
