Stoney Ridge Apartments are the worst apartments that I have ever lived in. I have been here 2 years and I will be so glad when my move out day gets here!! Since day one of moving into this hole, there have been constant on-going problems that have yet to be fixed. When you call the rental office and complain you are told "Sorry ma'am, what do you expect me to do". Don't even think of asking for money to be taken off next months rent! I went without heat for 8 days in the dead of winter and when the rental woman FINALLY showed up to work and I made a complaint, she tried to tell me that no service calls had been placed so they weren't at fault for anything! What is your so called emergency service line for if the repair man is just going to ignore the call'!'! The whole area is full of ghetto trash and the crime rate is super high. Cars have been stolen, broken into, etc. This whole complex is crap. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE take your buisness elsewhere. If you move here, you will regret it. To top it off, there are NO amenities here. No laundry facility, dishwasher, pool, fitness center, nothing. You get the crappy apartment and nothing else. It's not worth it, look somewhere else. Don't put yourself through the hell I did!!!!
