I am moving out of this complex today and couldn't be happier. When I moved in a year ago, it was a great place, since then it has gone way down hill. I won't lie, the inside of the apartment is very nice and clean. I even liked the management until they ignored my complaints about illegal issues going on in the complex!! Not only myself, but I know of 2 of my neighbors who complained about the number of tenants living in 1 bedroom apartments. I am a single woman and I haven't felt safe in my apartment in months. No matter what time I go outside to walk my dog there are men sitting on the curb, on the grass, in their cars. I figure since they have 6 or more of them living in small apartments they just hang around outside. On 2 occasions I told the office about this, and they said they would look into it. Nothing ever changed. As far as the outdoors of the apartments, the garbage overflows, the grass that used to be green is now brown and yellow. The pool was always dirty. So, after reading that last post of how great this place is, I had to put my 2 cents in! I will say, it's better than some places around here...but not the best either.
