Sundance Station
< | >
I knew someone who lived there so i thought i would apply there too. I just turned 18 and this was my first application for an apartment and the consultant was very nice and helpful. However once I slowly realized that my income wouldn't be enough so i withdrew my application and when i spoke with the property manager to collect my refundable fees, she was extremely snobby and rude and even said "I don't even know why you put the application in, the consultant was trying to tell you that you wouldn't even make enough money" so i felt put down in a way. I understood some of her point "why waste our time" however, now that i've rented elsewhere i believe that everyone should be welcome to apply no matter what and if you're rude to someone who for some reason doesn't move in to your apartments, you'll ruin your chances of them recomending your complex to new prospects and discourage them from re-applying when they can qualify. So Sundance Station in my oppinion has (or "had" because i don't know whose there now) a rude property manager who obviously doesn't care much about her potential prospects.

The application fee is non-refundable anywhere you go, they tell you that before you apply.
