I enjoy living here at Sundance Station. I looked at many apartments before renting this one and it is by far one of the nicest around for the money and allowing medium & large breed dogs. It's well lit in most all areas for walking my dog and there is a path through the trees where many of us try to walk them during the day. Unfortunately many people don't pick up after their pets along the road even though they are threatened with fines. How can you fine someone if you don't see them do it' Most of the time our lot has plenty of parking, but I notice that others near me do not and have to come to our lot. I enjoy the covered parking and feel it is well worth the minimal cost. I've never had a bit of scraping to do in the winter and I always know where I'm going to park. Maintenance is pretty good about getting to repairs although they are not the neatest about doing the job. I usually have to clean up some messes when I come home afterwards. The pool here is large compared to most and you can swim laps in it. The fitness center is ok, but the pin for the weight machines is often missing or there's only 1. Dispite some minor things I really think this is a worthwhile apartment comples to rent at.
(I know someone who lives in the apartments next to Sundance. The building looks nicer from the outside, but the inside is a different story. He is afraid to have them come fix things because they leave the place much worse or ruin something of his (furniture). They also rarely clean the leaves away (they were every where all winter) and the gutters are overflowing with them.
I definitely recommend Sundance Station for anyone who cares what they get for their money. Oh yeah, the girls in he office and the maintenance staff are always very friendly. The secret to this (anyplace you go) is usually "you get what you give".
