Sketchy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   We renewed our lease for another year because things weren't too bad. Really nice place for the money in a great neighborhood. A minor problem I have is people incessantly slamming their doors. I never did this at home, so why I would do it where there are even more people are trying to cohabitate' Another issue are bees, carpenter bees. The major issue I have with the place is who they let live and work there. There were two guys that moved in and made our lives miserable. They were selling drugs out of their apartment and in the parking lot. I assume it was meth or something because they never seemed to sleep. The best part was discovering that these scum bags were working on the apartments. Althought they have "vacated the premesis", magically, they still work there. The cops had been called on them multiple occasions, and one of them was on probation for something-I don't know what so, it could be nothing. The complaint is nothing was done. The leasing company responded, but these men still work at and disrupt the complex. Just strange that they wouldn't have been fired.
