I moved to Sundance Station in the summer of 2007. I did my own apartment hunting for 2-3 months prior to selecting Sundance as my choice. I felt Sundance Station was by far the better complex in the West End.

It's VERY convienent to the interstate, shopping, dining, etc. My 1 bedroom is over 700 square feet! Brand new black appliances, huge walk-in closet, and plenty of storage. All of this for a great price!

I was shocked to see review saying there were gunshots, 400 sq foot apt, etc. The property is very quiet!! Never seen a police officer on site. Many people just jogging the trails, walking their dogs, or pushing their strollers. Very friendly community!

The staff/maintenance is awesome!!!! I chose to renew for another year, and afterwards decided to upgrade to a 2 bedroom. The staff were very helpful with the transition.

Oh yea, I forgot to mention Resident Appreciation week in May. They pick-up your trash for you from your front door on one day, then there was pizza at the clubhouse on one evening, followed by ice cream on the next evening, goodies at your door on another day, and to top it off on one particular day as you drove off to work out of the entrances to the property, the staff were there with a table set up for breakfast on the go!

I LOVE IT HERE AND I'M SURE YOU WILL TOO!!
