I am still living at Sundance currently. I am not renewing, but that is not because this place is bad. It jsut doesn't fit what I want. Ok so heres a list of pros and cons
Pros: It is not bad for the price, you can't here you neighbors much (I am on the top floor though so it might be worse under me), appliances are old but work fine, they allow big dogs. I feel safe. Pool is nice. They do have free pizza every 6 months or so.

Cons: The appearance of the place is not great as in the floors have paint on them, so do the windows and cabinets, flooring is riding up under cabinets. Basically you can tell no one tried to make this great looking but bareable. The people that live here are nice but messy. I wish this complex would pressure wash the walk way b/c there is mustard on the stairs and it has been there for months. They accept dogs but do not have a fenced dog area or trash cans around the grounds. Many people do not clean up after their dogs. Insulation is not great. It appears to be a cheaply made on the inside. Some bugs are in the apartments. Maintence can take longer than expected to fix stuff. I called and reported a few things and they did a good job fixing it but I was told they would show up on Monday or tuesday so leave my dog in the bedroom. They did not come either day and it resulted in my dog being stuck inthe bedroom for another two days which sucked. Kitchen neeeds to be remodeled. There needs to be more street lighting.

So I realize the con list is long but it is not major stuff. I do not want to live here anymore, but I would not discourage anyone from living here if it fits your budget. I move out not to long from now so I will update if they give me problems, but currently they have been nice here.
