Sunrise Apartments

It needs to be updated. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 2 responses   I think the saving grace for Sunrise is the w/d in every apartment. You have to pay for all utilities. The maintenance crew isn't really good about repairs. I'm still waiting to have ripped window screens replaced and I've lived there since August! I will say that the apartments are poorly insulated. My gas bills are crazy and I live on the top floor, the heat rising doesn't stop the cold from getting in all the cracks and spaces around windows and doors. The complex is really old, but if they remodeled, the price would sky rocket! I think the price is a little steep, considering there are no utilities included. I'm having a hard time finding anything better. I do like how the complex isn't very big, you won't get lost. It's well back in the woods too. This is my first apartment; I guess you get what you pay for.
