As a single woman, I feel safe in the complex. I have lived here since July of 05 and I like it. I do not like having to pay for ALL of the utilities, but you really can't find too much of a difference of that in Chesterfield County. I read another review about roaches, and I've never seen one in my apt (knock on wood) but there is a problem w/ ants in the summer time. I've had them coming in through the outlet in the kitchen. The parking can be congested in some areas but that's only b/c there are some broken down or non-current resistered cars there. However, you can report that to the rental office. I don't know if I will renew my lease b/c of the high rate of renewal. They get you in there on a special then they hike your rent up over $60 the next year.
