You love having to dodge people who get pleasure out of walking directly in the middle of the parking lot.
You like being stared at constantly, no matter what you're doing.
You like having people hang-out right outside the apartment complex and then when you walk out to your car having all of those people either 1) stop talking and stare at you, or 2) hear them make sny remarks under their breath as you walk by.
You should also enjoy stinky ripped up carpet.
And you must love teeny tiny bathrooms and kitchens.
You must also love paying all of your utilities separately.
You should also enjoy it when you try to play tennis and then people walk by in large groups and make fun of you for playing tennis on the tennis courts and minding your own business.
You should also love looking at an uncovered pool during the winter which has collected ridiculous amounts of algae.
You should also have a deep and abiding love for loud music at night from the parking lot, people screeching out, and fights with an almost inhuman amount of loud swearing.

Very true. They rented us a 2BR basement apartment they did not show us at first. One of the BR has had the window sealed due to excessive leaks (fire hazard). So we have a two bedroom apt with only 3 windows -- COUNTING THE PATIO WINDOW. I must have lived accross from this guy because I see the people he talks about all the time hanging out a yelling at everybody who passes, ESPECIALLY women. Ladies be careful. If this apt complex was on the public busline, it would be Section 8 available. Trust me, stay away. I will not stop until I can inform everyone how bad this place is. I have a courtdate to see if I can get out of the lease.
