First we were rented an apartment that we weren't shown. My girl looked at the apartments first. We applied. When we came back to sign lease, they had us sign a lease for an apartment that they didn't show us. Pay attention to the address before you sign the lease. "Roaches" as stated by another reviewer, are very true. And these are some of thee biggest roaches you have ever seen. They use a tow company to patrol the lot. This tow company decides if they think you are legally parked or not, NOT THE POLICE OR LANDLORD. $150 tow bill to tow your car 2 miles. $35/day storage. They have towed two of my cars, and never once let me know who towed it -- and gave no prior notice. It took (5) days before they let me know they had towed the first car. The bill was $325 then. BUT, nobody is ever at the lot where you pick your car up. They say will call you and never do. $600 after 8 days. DO NOT RENT HERE! DO NOT RENT HERE! BIGGEST CROOKS IN TOWN.
