Roaches is right. i have a roach burial site from 4,000 B.C. above my cabinets in my kitchen. After i signed the lease, on the first night, about to go to bed and the super roach appeared on the ceiling above my head! I don't pay what i pay to live in jeff davis quality! And they go up in rent every year, why would i want to pay more, what am i getting, more roaches''' Robert, the maintence guy, He's not overwhelmed, i see him doing nothing! He can't get it right on the first time, nor the second, nor the third, and he's been doing this for how long''' i rent, I thought it was MANAGEMENTS responsiblity to provide material and quality labor for improvements on THEIR apartments. Management wants me to buy a product to apply myself on the windows because the window is letting in air. BUT it's not the windows, it's a canyon between the carpet and the wall to the great outdoors. and the sliding glass doors, well we just have to "wait for the owner to pay for that", MEANWHILE, our gas and electric bills are off the meter! if you have this problem!!!! socks work perfect, you can seriously stuff socks between the walls and sliding glass doors,(use a ice scrapper to puch it in). Then meters will be back on track. But if your a good little girl or boy and dont ask them to fulfill their obligations and fix your apartment, they will reward you with "bonus bucks".
