I know exactly how the others feel. When I first came in and looked at an apartment they were nice, then it came to the day of the lease and wow a different address, then we had to call and have all of the utilities transferred again! I did not mind the roaches only because I had an infestation of MICE. My children ended up goign to the dr at least once a week due to the mites that the rodents brought in, when we told the complex, they gave us sticky traps to dispose ourselves, did not offer to move us or anything. Then there was the issue with the neighbors huffing the freon out of the ac unit, instead of fixing it they would just come out and put more in it and it would leak out of this huge hole in the pipe. The electric bill for those two months was about 800 they offered to pay 150, what a joke, not to mention this was in the summer and they will not come out at night unless it is an emergency. Then there was the time that the bath tub faucet came OUT of the wall, did they come' yeah about an hour later when the apt was just about soaked and they handed me a wet dry vac and told me they would come back in the morning to pick it up. they are a joke and should be shut down, it is amazing that they are able to keep anyone there.
