I am a current resident and have found nothing that is not normal for most apartment complexes. I have found the manager to be fine. No bug problems and request for repair to be taken care of within 48 hours.
Some beauty marks in the apartment that could use some changes, but that comes with age. No safety problems. Lots of kids, but nothing that is out of control as yet.
