Sunrise has moved me from one flooding moldy apartment into another, the amount of mold found in a mold test kit is unlivable. I have respiratory problems now due to the Lack of attention to detail and lack of care by Heidi(property manager)I went the entire month of April 08 with no hot water there was flooding In one corner since I moved in, if It was raining I would've know the corner of the apt flooded every time it rained. Street lights stay out when they burn out. I have lived in better run apartments where people are getting stabbed in the street, but there was no flooding and no mold and we even had hot water and if something broke it was fixed within a week. The maintenance crew does what they're told it's just poor leadership I don't advise anyone to stay in those apartments especially 602. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I would not recommened this place at all. Never ever!! The manager is a total b*tch, she tries to act nice but in all reality it is all fake!! My apartment was left in immaculate condition according to Robert and now they are trying to take nearly $200 of my deposit back. There are tons of kids running around in the streets everyday because for some reason their parents think it is safe or they just don't care. Oh and don't forget the parties outside of our apartment.....if it was a holiday or if it was nice outside they were drinking some beers and grilling...like the whole front of the building was their personal backyard or back deck. I am sooooo glad I am out of that hell hole!!

I had the same problems while I was there, and I was your neighbor in 603. We had several water incidents as well. We had mold problems as well, good luck trying to get that fixed. State laws are lax in this area. We lived in the bottom of 603 so look forward to a $200 /month gas bill to keep your apartment heated to 72 degrees. And this was before gas prices shot up. I also understand your sentiments about Leasing Manager. I once had to call the cops there to make sure I didn't go to jail because of her mouth, after towing my car with no warning. Parked the same place I parked 100 times, and others there as well. They towed my car then the NEXT WEEK, painted "no parking" in that spot. By the way, the tow company is Sunrise Towing ... see the connection to how they get your money. We are out of that sh*thole as well.
