I moved out a few months ago after 2 years to get closer to work. The place isn't perfect but its a great place to live for the money. Some cosmetic things need to be redone but I saw that starting to happen before I left. From my experience if you have any issues just talk to the staff and they will get things done within reason. Only issue I had during the 2 years was with a bad AC unit and it was replaced pretty quick. I talked with some old neighbors and things are getting still getting better. The pool is really nice this year and they are working on the grounds a lot more. A lot of decks were replaced last fall and really made things look better. Not much else to say but that its one of the better places to rent from for the money. Oh, I really miss being close to the shopping areas and restaurants. Pretty much anything you need is within 5 minutes.
