This place is a serious dump the apartments are falling apart and full of mold to the point that it will make you sick. The office staff will lie to you and give you false information, And when you confront them with a problem they will tell you that there is no problem like you are making it up. I witnessed one of the office personnel sleeping with a neighbor and breaking up a relationship and then the office personnel gave the girlfriend the option of being evicted or being taken off the lease. Needless to say after the girl moved out not many months latter the relationship ended and the boyfriend moved out shortly after. People say they feel safe cause they see cops "patrolling" well guess what they're not "patrolling". There is a prostitution ring going on inside the complex as well as several drug dealers, and several gang members. Your kids can play right in front of these houses and you wouldn't even know it unless you are very observant of what goes on. Drunk people roam the parking lots at night causing damage to vehicles. The building are old and they tend to place the people from third world countries into the lesser housing several of the apartments flood, I saw roof cave in on someones living room. Big cockroaches are the least of your problems at this establishment, during my stay I saw bugs that I have never even seen on the discovery channel

THIS STATEMENT IS NOT TRUE AT ALL. THIS IS ALL FALSE INFORMATION AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THIS TENANT GOT THERE IMFORMATIN FROM. THE OFFICE PERSONNEL NEVER GIVES FALSE IMFORMATION AND NEVER LIES AT ALL. WE DO NOT HAVE DRUG DEALERS IN THE COMPLEX AND IF WE DID HEIDI WOULD GET THEM OFF THE PROPERTY AT ONCE. WE DO NOT HAVE BUGS THAT'S WHAT WE HAVE A BUG SERVICE FOR. IF YOU NOTICE BUGS CALL THE OFFICE AND THEY WILL CALL THE SERVICE THAT WE HAVE AND THEY WILL HAVE IT TAKEN CARE OF ASAP. PEOPLE NEED TO STAY OUT OF OTHERS PERSONAL LIVES AND THAT IS THE BOTTOM LINE. IF THEY WOULD STAY OUT OF OTHERS BUSINESS THEN THERE WOULD BE LESS DRAMA AND LESS PROBLEMS
