The Belvedere

Overall I loved it, hated I had to move, but.. From: richmond05 Date posted: 1/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I was one of the 1st to live in the Belvedere, the apartment was on the pricey side for Richmond, but amoung similar priced properties it's the best deal. They have alot of nice perks for residents, when I first moved in alot of things were not available and that bothered me, but I had to remember that they were still in construction phase, so it was to be expected. The only issue I had was the responsiveness of the staff, when I first moved in, I was missing a small accessory that was required and when I notified the staff it took about a week to get something that should be readily on hand. But besides that I enjoyed my stay and if I moved back to Richmond and rented, I would move back there, nice community, quiet neighbors.
