From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   These apartments are really nice, and probably the best in the area, but there are still a few things you should know before you move in. The pool resembles "Caddyshack" in the summer - people drive in, park and swim with their whole families. There are never enough chairs. As the units fill parking is becoming difficult, so pick an apt. with lots of spaces out front. I would also recommend a top-floor unit, unless you want to hear your neighbors all day. All in all, this is probably the best you'll find in south Richmond.
