Management Changed - Horrible now

When I first moved in about a year ago, the front office was managed by a very friendly, well organized person. Now, management does not return phone calls unless they are calling to collect rent or to tell you that something is wrong with your apartment (i.e. bent blinds). I moved out, was overcharged rent (I paid the balance that I was told to pay) and I cannot get them to answer the phone or return 1 of my 5 messages. I was also charged damages, for something that they will not tell me. The bill came and it just said "damages". The one time I talked to someone, i was told I would get a call back after they investigated my file. No phone call a week later. Seriously considering reporting to BBB because they sent me two bills in two weeks but won't return my phone calls. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
