I went to the office to ask about breaking my lease and all I got was rules and policy spit at me. I don't like being treated like a number. I'll live up to the agreemants of my lease, but to have it explained to me like a machine lets me know the manager just doesen't care.

I'm new to the Richmond area and I have used this website to help me make a decision in finding a new home. I am about to start a new job and one of my co-workers suggested The Crossings at Short Pump because it is very close to work. I was impressed by what I saw in the apartments and in the grounds, but sadly I have decided to go with another apartment complex because of the leasing agent that I met. Her name was Jennifer and I swear to you she had no personality at all. When I came into the office today, it was if I was a bother to her and I was interrupting something. Not once did she look me in the eye while speaking to me. She sounded like she was reciting memorized lines from an instruction manual and hurried through everything. I was simply not impressed and then I found out that she was the manager. If that’s the type of people they put into management, I will not be renting here.
