I recommended the crossings to a friend of mine. I lived there a while back and moved when I bought a house closer to work. He told me that there were some negative comments on this website and I told him that I could not even imagine what could be negative about the complex. After reading the comments posted I can honestly say that it is a shame that people feel the need to post such comments about the people who work in the rental office. So I did some checking on my own. I called the rental office and sure enough the girl that answered the phone wasn t as pleasant as I was used to, but nothing to complain about. She explained to me that there was a new manager and she herself was new, but that Johnny was still there. Now I can't say anything negative or positive about the new ladies but Johnny I remember. He was great. Always had a smile on his face, always willing to help and when I had an aggravating neighbor, Johnny took the time to listen to my problem and offered a few solutions. I spoke with my neighbor once at the mailbox and she had great things to say about Johnny as well. I will still be recommending my friends to The Crossings at Short Pump. My only suggestion to them will be to ask for Johnny.
Sincerely Ken Beasley
