Very bad living condition and rude management mannner, dont live here

I have a one year lease with them, after that, I am looking for anywhere but here to live. On the first day I moved in, I found cockroach here! I bring the bug to them, they said they dont know what's this! Can you believe it'
It's not safe here. Many times, somebody knocked the door, if you answered, he left. I reported to manager, she said you call police.
So after finishing the lease, I pay month by month, prepare moving out. They charged me $994 for a month higher than they ask for new one month lease resident.
2 months before I moved out, I asked them in person, the person in office told me wrote a 30 days notice to them. I did, and dropped the notice in their office dropping box exactly 30 days before I moved out. I paid last month rent $994. Guess what, they mailed me a move-out letter said I need to pay $67 for the first day of next month.
If you are looking for some place to live, DONT live here. Even living in the hotel, motel is better than here. They changed face and manner after you moved in, and be evil and horrible when you moved out.
