I have lived in this apartment for about a year and I haven't really had any problems. Everything is brand new, feels very big with the vaulted ceilings, the concrete and bamboo flooring make for easy clean up. I can see how some people may have cooling/heating issues in this building but if you live in a unit more towards the middle of the building it's actually a positive thing. I live towards the middle of the building and none of my walls touch the outside so I haven't even had to use my heat all winter- the apartment stays at 70-73 degrees with no heat on. Parking really isn't that bad compared to most places... you may have to walk a block or two from on street parking if you don't park in the lot but that's nothing compared to living downtown or in the fan. Genesis is really good about fixing maintenance issues and being very pet-friendly. The only cons of this building are the thin walls (if your neighbors are even kind of loud you can hear everything) which also leads to the smell of several different kinds of smoke coming into the apartment. Overall I would recommend living here.
