Not sure why there are so many losers on here complaining about bad service or poor maintenance at this place. I've been here two years and love it! River City is the BEST VALUE in the area!

River City Real Estate - please read the VA Residential Landlord Tenant Act. http://www.dhcd.virginia.gov/HomelessnesstoHomeownership/PDFs/Landlord_Tenant_Handbook.pdf Because if you even think of charging us "losers" a fee when we move out, we'll see you in court.

We're complaining because they have bad service and poor maintenance. It's true. Have you ever had anything break? Chances are it's still broken considering River City's lack of attention dedicated to tenants.
