Reading the "back and forth" you guys seem to be having with the property managers is a hoot!

You complain about leaking roofs - then you complain about the noise when they fix them.

You complain about dog pee and poo - then, complain when they try to enforce their pet policies.

I guess - bottom line, you just want to complain about something.

I live on the 3rd floor and am GLAD they are fixing the roof. Guess what' Hammering makes noise. I'm tired of stepping in dog s*it - so, I'm GLAD they charged you for your "pet sitting" that is clearly prohibited in your lease.

For the rest of you - GET A LIFE.

You know, you guys could take this whole tenant association thing gracefully, and work with us. Instead, you're flouting this site's rules, and Virginia law. Not to mention calling your tenants names. Don't worry...it'll all come out in the wash.

Yes, there were complaints about leaky roofs AND complaints about the noise to fix it - but here's why: tenants were told, by management, that the repair work would not take longer than a week. Here we are a month later, and it's still going on. Additionally, there are several third floor apartments that have skylights in the bedrooms. On NUMEROUS occasions, the illegal, migrant workers have been seen peering into the skylight looking at the female below instead of working on roof repairs. Yes, I get that hammering makes noise, but violating work liscenses and starting work at 8 AM on a Saturday and having unprofessional workers peeking in windows is INAPPROPRIATE.

"Many tenants witnessed River City illegally..." ILLEGAL! ILLEGAL! ILLEGAL! Why (after months of threats) don't the city/police/building inspector's SHUT River City DOWN?!? Oh, yeah - I keep forgeting... because you guys are full of s h i t ! One day, you'll realize simply screaming (whining?) something over and over again doesn't make it true. But, keep hope alive!

Yeah, call "Legal Aid" and make sure you tell them how you tried to conceal your pet(s), lie to the real estate company, and when they caught you- how they made you pay what you agreed to in your signed lease agreement. I'm sure they'll start suing on your behalf immediately!!! Do you loons EVER think about how stupid you sound?!?

Didn't you study law? Oh right...you're a miserable failure. Legally, the ends don't justify the means. A judge will overlook the pet in favor of the illegal entry. Especially in the case of River City. As the poster recommended in a previous post, go check out River City Real Estate on the Richmond General District Court website. What a joke!

I checked the Richmond General District Court-civil division; website (http://www.courts.state.va.us/courts/gd/Richmond-Civil/hom ) and all I saw was page after page after page where River City got judgments and possession on deadbeat tenants. Like the self-appointed "President" of her made-up tenants association. What else was I supposed to see that would be a "joke"? I saw no judgments against them. Only losers.
