I've been at the Parachute Factory for a little over 6 months now and I love it! All of the people (tenants AND staff) are great! Me and my dogs really feel welcome. I'm not sure why some crybabies would try to "sneak" animals into their apartments - then get mad when they get caught, or pay their rent late and spout off here on the message boards when they get charged a late fee.
I pay my rent on time.
I pay for my animals.
I have no problems.

I've been trying to deal with River City for a little over 5 months now and I hate it! All of the people (staff AND their criminal boss) are horrific! Me and my friends who have gotten screwed by them really feel anger. I'm not sure why some River City employee crybabies would try to "sneak" fake charges into their tenants' statements - then get mad when they get caught, or come up with fake postings here on the message boards when they realize that they're in the wrong and are trying to save their business from going under.
River City steals security deposits.
River City doesn't exterminate mice from apartments.
River City has LOTS of problems.
I HATE River City!!!

WoW... "criminal" huh. I keep reading these "reviews" and "comments" and keep hearing how the RCRA is going to "go after" these eeeeeevil (and CRIMINAL) guys, yet N-O-T-H-I-N-G ever gets done. Wonder why that is? I guess its because there is NO LAW being broken. NO CODE to be enforced. I guess you're just a bunch of disgruntled tenants who didn't play by the rules (ie - your lease) and vent your frustrations here. Well, good luck with that. Meanwhile, the "criminals" laugh all the way to the bank!

And that's the attitude we know and love...all you a$$ hole$ know how to do is treat your tenants like dirt, steal their money and laugh your way to the bank... well PH-UCK you!! You got to work there everyday...you loser - get a life...thankfully the rest of us, after realizing the mistake we made - can leave...
