Hey- I pay my rent on time, and I pay for my pets! That said, I've had NO problems with River City- they've been GREAT to me. I know some agitators and busybodies have posted reviews. but they are just disgruntled losers. in fact, the "President" of some made up group was just EVICTED for not paying her rent! Here's a chick who posts all kinds of nasty stuff (her group's motto is a quote from Karl Marx!) and yet, this crazy can't even pay her own rent'!' She should practice what she preaches! Anywhoooo- River City Real Estate is the BEST. I just L-O-V-E 'em!

No, its like all my neighbors know this chick - she's quite disturbed... when she moved out, she told my next door neighbor that she was evicted. When she asked why, Crazy told her because she didn't pay her rent. Not "hateful" - just "truthful". Unlike the nut that got kicked out!

Still doesn't change the fact that nearly all the people that live in this dump are upstanding citizens who pay their bills on time, including your stupid pet fees...BUT have been so mistreated and DISCOVERED how poor maintence is, how poor the construction is and how miserable they are to live in this DUMP that they rightly attempt to do the world a favor by letting others know THEY SHOULD AVOID THIS HELL HOLE AT ALL COSTS! River City Stinks!
