Some people continue to demonstrate that they have NO LIFE - and despite, not getting paid (or ANYONE caring), he/she will just keep lurking internet message boards and post nonsense.

I just relocated from the D.C. Metro area. My job transferred me to Richmond. So, I needed a new place FAST! I found River City Real Estate on the 'net - and after reading all the great reviews, I decided to give them a try. I met with River City after looking at a TON of places in the downtown area - and apartments by the big museum. I settled on the Parachute Factory. Its right off the interstate - so, its easy to get to work, and my apartment is really, really big, with a great view of the downtown skyline.

In short, I LOVE my new place, and I LOVE RIVER CITY REAL ESTATE!

The view of the refinery and smell of the water treatment plant are SUPERB! The crisp crack of gun-fire in the hood makes me warm all over. And lastly, the smiling friendly faces of the people that work at River City makes me sooo happy to return home every night!!! What's not to love???

I have to say as an objective viewer simply looking for an apartment that the positive reviews on here reek of fraud. It sounds like someone was paid to write the useless drivel I'm seeing on here...It all just seems so fake...like something you'd read if you actually read a businesses newsletter instead of using it for fire kindling. To the staff of River City, if you're going to "stuff the ballot box" at least write reviews that sound like they're written by someone other than a politician trying to blow smoke up my backside.
