A friend of mine had moved into the Parachute Factory last year and when I was looking to find a good place to live, he told me to try it - BOY, was I glad I did. 15 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, central ac/heat, in-room laundry, and off-street parking. PLUS, its right off the interstate, I'm sure glad I listened to my friend!

This is a whole lot of talk for a man who's motto is supposed to be "actions, not words". Even posting on the weekends now...so it's a job *and* a hobby, is it Steve? Do you post at night to fill the cavernous hole where your soul's supposed to be? How about rolling your ass out of that chair and hitting the books, because some real life lawyers have their eyes on it.

15 foot ceilings: true, that you can hear people tip toe-ing above you on. Hardwood floors: also true, they look like crap and have giant cracks in them, and you can see through them to the floors below you. Central heat and A/C: True again! Only A/C never works, management refuses to fix it, the insulation in the building is so horrible(non-existant) you will be paying to heat and cool the outside and your neighbors. Off-Street parking: Absolutely. Only problem is spots are tiny, and River City has a deal with USA Towing, so they tow cars that are legally parked just to make money and inconvenience tenants. Right off the Interstate: Yep, I can hear the trucks going by right now!! Not to mention the trains that blow their horns at all of hours of the day.
DO NOT MOVE HERE EVER!!!
