Okay, here's the skinny- there are a handful of deadbeat losers (like the ol' President of the RCRA) who have been evicted, had to pay pet fees (for pets that they tried to hide) or are basically lonely, distrubed individuals. They gather in secret, in a misguided effort to fill some void in their empty lives. They sit in their pajamas and write bad things about a good company in order to feel better about their crappy lives. But, that's okay- let them write. The Parachute Factory is a great place to live and River City Real Estate is the best neighbors you could have! So, to all the whining, insipid, and pathetic losers out there: Keep on, Keeping on!

Uhhh, are you giving someone flak for posting as anonymous? It's sad you had to take a job typing fake reviews on internet sites, since you write like a fifth grader, and are too stupid to be a real lawyer. Also, if you're going to do a job, at least do it right. Copying and pasting the same dumb ---- you posted yesterday is a bit lazy. I can't imagine Papa Bill wants his money wasted so. P.S.-You're still an idiot, and River City is still a ---- company.

Hey A$$ Hole, or Should I say whole A $ $... the majority of the people who post on this site pay bills on time and have wonderful productive lives (with the exception of making the mistake of renting from a slumlord). I am incensed by the treatment received from your miserable company, the way you treat the tenants you rent to, and the miserable living conditions at your properties. The only purpose I have is to discourage people from renting from river city because they WILL be miserable. If you treated your tenants with any level of humanity and were responsive to complaints and maintenance issues, you would have positive responses from your tenants. However, you are only interested in a buck. Instead of focusing your efforts on bashing your own tenants - focus on 'customer service', being fair and upfront with your tenants, and resolving complaints and maintenance issues timely...the view of your company might begin to change. Problem is you would have to work for it and I fear you???re just a lazy deadbeat. As a result, the status quo will remain. You loser???

Ummmm, brave "Anonymous"...? According to YOU, River City employees are making these posts. That means that they are getting P-A-I-D to do so. You, however (and your nutcase buddies) sit there in your PJ's and type away. "Incensed". So, my question to you is- WHO'S the loser? (psssst- look in the mirror).

Well I know that I have a job that affords me the luxury of sitting around in my PJ's and playing on the computer all day, and I gaurantee I make way more than River City employees. So who is the loser now? I make more money and I don't even have to get dressed. Also like the other Anonymous response I have to agree. If you people would just get your crap together, fix this place up a bit, treat your tenants with mutual respect, clean the mud in front of the entrance, and learn good customer service practices the good reviews would write themselves. Steve could do real work during the day instead of being a douche!
