Apartment ratings is clearly not paying attention. Between that and River City's incessant posting, these ratings have no integrity. If you have a complaint about River City Real Estate, I recommend taking it to http://www.ripoffreport.com. The process is virtually tamper proof, and if the cowards have something to say, they can begin the rebuttal process there. Under their real names. I know, I know, RCRE, Rip Off Report doesn't play fair. Just like the Better Business Bureau. Save it.
